The Cold Spring Area Chamber is excited to offer sponsorship opportunities for your business!

If you are interested in being a TITLE SPONSOR or HOLE SPONSOR please fill out the registration form here to secure your spot!  Sponsorship Deadline:  May 9th.

Details:  Sponsors setting up at their designated hole should be ready to go by 10:45 AM.  Golfers will start at 11:00 AM.  You will need to stop at the check-in point at the Clubhouse to find out your hole and grab your lunches included with your registration.  You will need to bring all your own supplies (table, chair, ex...).

Title Sponsors:  Sign up by May 9th and your team will be entered in a drawing for $150 CASH

    Sponsorship FOrm

    Title Sponsorship Includes:  
    -4 person team at the tournament (includes 18-holes of golf, 2 carts, lunches, and golf goodies)
    -Boxed lunch (up to 2 lunches for staff working the hole)
    -10 Raffle Tickets
    -Recognition in the golf program
    -Recognition on social media
    -Includes a hole sponsorship with a sign
    -Entered in the early bird drawing (if submitted by deadline)

    Hole Sponsorship Includes:
    -A hole sponsorship with a sign
    -Boxed lunch (up to 2 people if working at your sponsored hole)
    -Listed in the program

    ​LUNCH:  Each sponsorship level comes with 2 lunches for any staff working the sponsored hole.  If you will have more  staff working and would like to purchase additional lunches the cost will be $15.  
    GOLF CART:  The Chamber can have someone drop you off and pick up at your sponsored hole OR you can rent a cart for the event so you can have access to come & go as needed.

     Please include the items below that you would like to add on to your golf experience. If you are unsure at this time you can let us know at a later date.  NOTE:  These items must be purchased prior to the tournament.

    Golf Tournament Survival Kit
    Enhance your game with our exclusive Golf Tournament Survival Kit, packed with tools to give your team an edge on the course!

    The Survival Kit Includes:
    • 8 Mulligans – Each player gets 2 penalty-free replays of a shot
    • 1 String – Use strategically to improve the location of your ball but then that portion of the string must be cut off.  One string per team.
    • 1 Foot Wedge – Kick the ball once without penalty.
    • 1 Ball Throw – A chance to reposition your shot.
    📌 Important Rules:
    • Mulligans: Each player may use one per 9 holes (front and back).
    • String, Foot Wedge, and Ball Throw: Limited to one per team.
    • Foot Wedge & Ball Throw: Can be used once per team, but all 4 players can kick or throw to see who puts the team in best position.
