*Session Two: Jodi Maus, Training and Development Manager with Magnifi Financial will be discussing hot topics that include building relationships, positive communication and ideas for employee engagement.
*Session Three: Luke Greiner with MN DEED will discuss how to be a
community leader and be active in the community along with a panel of local community members.
*Session Four: John Hlavac with JLH & Associates LLC and Mike Stalboerger, MA, ECCP, CCP, will present an interactive discussion on mentoring and coaching as a leader.

Speaker: Jodi Maus with Magnifi Financial
Jodi Maus serves as the Training and Development Manager at Magnifi Financial, bringing over 18 years of expertise in Human Resources and Training. As a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources, Jodi is a dedicated leader in employee and organizational development.
At Magnifi, Jodi oversees new hire training, employee development programs, and leadership training initiatives. Her expertise is supported by multiple certifications, including DiSC, Gallup Strengths, Prosci Change Management, and Coaching.
In 2023, Jodi played a pivotal role in launching Magnifi Training Services. This initiative aims to empower business and community leaders with tools to foster positive workplace transformations. Under her guidance, Magnifi Training Services has already delivered over 30 training sessions, positively impacting more than 400 community members.

Luke Greiner is the Department of Employment and Economic Development’s regional analyst for central and southwestern Minnesota.
Luke conducts research, writes publications, and provides presentations about Greater Minnesota's economy, job market, industry trends, career and educational decision making, and higher education outcomes.
He has a bachelor's degree in management from Park University in Parkville, MO. Luke worked in workforce development for DEED before becoming an analyst and currently

Mike has been privileged to lead individuals and organizations for the past 20+ years’ across nonprofit, governmental, private, and corporate business sectors. Change management, alignment of individual and company core values, mindset coaching and the exploration of thought, are a few of the topics that excites Mike’s passions.
Mike seeks academic learning to expand the scope of his authentic leadership style. Participation and completion of International Coaching Federation programs allowed him to receive his Executive Coaching and Life Coach Certifications. He also holds a Master of Arts graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from University of Mary.
