We offer 24/7 access to our fully equipped gym, featuring a wide range of cardio machines, strength training equipment, and functional fitness tools. Members can take advantage of fitness classes, group training, and personalized one-on-one coaching. Our facility also includes unlimited tanning and comprehensive nutrition coaching to support your overall health. By integrating advanced technology, we aim to enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being—helping everyone become the best version of themselves.
What inspired you to start your business?
Since I was a young adult I had an interest in serving people and especially loved nutrition and healthy eating. An opportunity came up to buy a local Snap Fitness that I was a member of and we jumped on it!
When did you open your doors (or purchase the business), and what was that first year like?
We purchased Cold Spring Snap Fitness in 2016. In our first year, we dove in headfirst by doing a complete overhaul of equipment, re-branding, and making other upgrades as well as an increased staff presence. It was a challenging and sometimes stressful experience, but the support from the community and our members made it all incredibly rewarding and absolutely worth it.
What’s something you’ve learned about owning a business that you didn’t expect?
How many different facets of owning a business there truly are outside of what your passion may be. Business taxes, bookkeeping, city ordinances, local laws, building and equipment maintenance, advertising, digital creations, etc. A big shock was how much outside influences there can be financially that make it difficult at times to balance everything.
How has the community supported you throughout your journey?
The Cold Spring community has been absolutely amazing! We were quickly acquainted with local members and families who were very supportive of us coming in as the new owners. Everyone was very helpful in taking care of the space as if it was their own, offering advice and suggestions and most importantly patience during the transition and remodeling.
What does being a small business in the Cold Spring area mean to you?
Being a small business in Cold Spring means having a genuine connection with the community. We're not just a business, we’re your neighbors. Our presence puts a face to our name, and we work hard to earn the trust of those we serve. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment where people feel valued and seen. Our goal is to remain affordable, competitive, and accessible to all, while listening closely to the needs of our community. We recognize that
many residents prefer to shop and engage locally, and we're committed to offering services and experiences that eliminate the need to go elsewhere. We want to make Cold Spring the first - and best - choice.
How have you been able to support the local communities?
We’ve had the privilege of supporting our local community through participation in a wide range of events and initiatives. From walking in parades and hosting Santa Day cookie decorating, to sponsoring 5Ks and engaging in the Lift Off event at River of Life Church, we’ve embraced opportunities to connect with and give back to the community. Additionally, we've supported numerous local charities and organizations through donations and fundraising challenges. We've also organized food drives, sock and toy collections, and other campaigns to support local families in need. It’s been both rewarding and fun to give back in meaningful ways.

Although we operate as part of a franchise, we are proud to be family-owned and locally operated. We believe that personal touch is evident from the moment you walk through our doors. We have the flexibility to run our business in a way that reflects our values, and our goal is to continually show our appreciation, support, and care for the Cold Spring community.
