Rock the River Vendor Form

    Rock the River Date:  July 17, 2025
    Show Hours:  5:30-8:30 pm
    (Please set up by 5:30 pm and if it's not busy you can leave by 8:00 pm)

    Cost:  $25 per vendor (Chamber member business there is no fee)
    ***If you are a minor we ask that you have an adult with you at the event.
    Our Rock the River Committee needs to approve what is being sold so in the form make sure to include what you would like to sell.
    Sorry, but no ready to serve food or drink products can be sold that might take away from our food & drink vendors that are on sight selling.​
    The Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce does not guarantee a certain amount of sales or customers.  We will do our best to let you know in advance if the event is postponed or canceled because of weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  If the event is canceled and not rescheduled we will reimburse your fee for that night.  Each vendor is responsible for the safe keeping of their vendor space.  
    What to bring:  You will need to bring your own table(s), equipment, product, signage, cords(if need electricity) and form of payment. 
    ​We will supply the grassy area for you to set up and promote the vendors.
